Complimentary Database Match
Any database member has the potential to be selected as a match for one of our clients. Much like our clients, match candidates will complete their 100% confidential profile. Once we receive their profile application, a LUMA matchmaker will contact the match candidate to arrange a time for a personality assessment. Once we have an understanding of what the candidate’s goals are, our team extends an invitation to join our database. However, our database matches are not considered LUMA clients and are not assigned a Matchmaker nor a personalized search.
LUMA Client
Our exclusive, luxury Matchmaking and dating services are reserved for LUMA clients. With client-level membership, we conduct a customized search, provide coaching, feedback, and support, and give access to a plethora of resources designed for self-expansion. Before extending a membership offer, we thoroughly vet each candidate and perform detailed assessments to determine if we can actually help them find the love they desire.
The LUMA Love Method
In-Depth Interview
Once a client has accepted their membership offer, their LUMA Matchmaker will conduct another series of personality assessments and in-depth interviews. Every Matchmaker meets with their clients in-person to build trust and understanding. During this interview, the Matchmaker’s goal is to determine what characteristics make up their client’s ideal match. The LUMA Matchmaker will discuss everything from value systems, religion, cultural background, and family goals.
Date & Life Coaching
As mentioned, our Matchmakers have Life Coaching training and other specializations designed to help our clients attract their best possible matches. At LUMA, our goal isn’t to only present you with matches; we want to ensure that each client is properly prepared to build a lasting relationship. Personalized Match Search
To begin our search, we first utilize our free database of singles. We conduct in-person interviews with each free member before introducing them to our clients. If our team doesn’t find compatible matches within our direct network, we leverage Recruiters to search for qualified matches, and even connect with other Matchmakers. On average, LUMA Matchmakers interview over 50 potential matches per client!
Meet Your Match
Once we select the highest quality match, we introduce them to our client. At LUMA, introductions are made on a first-name basis to ensure confidentiality for both parties. Our Matchmakers handle every aspect of dating, from finding matches to planning, scheduling, coordinating dates, and collecting feedback for our clients. We aim to plan exciting, interesting dates that will encourage bonding and connection. Once the date concludes, both the client and their match will decide if they’d like to exchange contact information.
Post-Date Feedback
After the date, both our client and their match will relay feedback to the Matchmakers. Our goal is to determine what worked, what didn’t and what traits to search for in future matches. Our client will also receive feedback from their Matchmaker. Our LUMA Love Method repeats until the client enters a relationship with a match, or until the end of membership.
